Does the host of the race have the ability to disable certain cheats like the effeciency indicator, red/green sail prompt for right of way etc etc.

I guess these are fine most of the time but curious if this is (or have a chance of becoming) availible for matches.

Thanks in advance

BTW, anyone know where to get VS2 from a staeside distributor. Mine's enroute from Duran but would like to get a copy or two for some friends.

Well, I wouldn't call the efficiency indicator a cheat... and most people seem to ignore the red sail/right of way indicator so no need to disable that ;)

However, the answer is no. The only thing the host can disable is automatic sail trim by selecting "Pro" mode.

You've come to the right place. Hey Tony, someone is looking for you!
In theory there is no difference between theory and practice, but in practice there is.

Apeboy,

I sell the game in Eastern Canada for $69.95 Canadian, freight included (which roughly converts to $45.00 US). I'm completely sold out as we speak but have more copies that will be in stock in about 2 or 3 days. You can call me at 1-800-565-6667 during the days on the east coast or email me at tony@mmosonline.com

Thanks CAN Knot,

I guess I'll get over it. It might be easy to ignore the colored sails but was hoping for the option of them turned off. You don't know what you missed till it's gone kinda thing, not having them, along with other indicators, may slow things down a bit and give the player something else to think about.

Now who is this Tony person and where might I find him? Have a couple of friends I used to catfight with that would probably want a copy.

EDIT: Oops. Aeolus posted as I was posting. Thanks for the info. Will be giving you a call in 2-3 days to see if you have any more in stock. Thanks. Hope to see you guys soon in game.

Thanks Again
-Apeboy
