Hi guys,
Just got VSK4 (i know, i know, 5 months late)
when i start the game, my internet disconnects (56k) and after the please wait screen in vsk is gone, my computer crashes and restarts..... can anyone help?

Do you get the problem when you connect to internet within the game or already right in the beginning? In other words, does solo mode work?

the game will not start at all, crashes after the please wait screen
have had some success with using faster graphic mode but it sucks
the first time i used the game and once or twice after that, i had no problems with the graphics all on highest settings so i dont think its a performance issue

Hi chris good to see you back mate,
I had the excact same prob when i started up vsk4, i found i had to shut down my zonealarm security and firewall for it to work, i know this is probaly not a good thing to do but it gets me out there racing, and fixed my disconnect problem,hope this helps, you may know how to set it up better. tested your theory ken, game loaded but the internet still disconnected
i think it could be a power supply or memory issue
had had problems with memory in the past (one slot on mobo is broken)
i think its time to get a new pc.... need my own for uni next year anyway
