Hello,

I am new to Virtual Skipper 3. Great program ... different than the other game I like ... Virtual Sailor..

Here is my Question... I want to build a custom race course using the editor. This seems pretty straight forward until I get to the part about adding the competition. The Documentation that came with VSK3 is a bit light on the details.

Unless I am missing something, It does not seem possible to creat a race with AI competitors. Is this correct? I can add competition, but they do not obey the starting gun. If I give them a path, the sail the path then stop.

So... Am I missing something? Thanks for any reply...

No you are not missing anything. 99% of the value of VSK resides in online gaming.

And yes, we have called Nadeo all the bird names we could think of for letting the offline game down by not allowing to create new races with competitive IA that actually do something remotely close to intelligent.

the half backed solution:
You can modify all AI races (race parameters) , that came with the game before starting the race....
