Below is the HW details for my laptop running Windows xp SP1.

Mobile Intel Pentium III-M 1.13 GHz
512 KB Cache
512 MB SDRAM
40 GB Hard Drive
8x8x24x8x CDRW-DVD Combo Drive (Swoppable)
Floppy Disk (Swoppable)
ATI Mobility Radeon M6 AGP with 8 MB
14.1" TFT LCD

Will a machine of this spec run VSK smoothly?

After a bit more reading on this site I fear the answer is no, my laptop isn't powerful enough. Ah well better get a new pc! (if only life was that simple)

Lamper, I run the game on a similar laptop (when I have to) and while the graphics 'suck' the game play is fine.

I always use my laptop when playing VSK. Indeed graphics could be better, but gameplay is superb.
