No noCD patch as far as I know, and if there was one we would probably not make it public. I know you will say "heard that before" but Nadeo seems to be confident in the security checks this time around.
As for swapping files, here again I am afraid you are asking the wrong community. We tend to play fair on the water and off, which includes paying for stuff we are using -especially stuff produced by a small, cash-poor firm like Nadeo. So unless I misunderstood your point, I guess you are not really welcome here.
