Can You Unlock The Levels for VSK3

Is there a cheat or anything for Virtual Skipper 3 to unlock all the levels, as I have just reinstalled the game again and I dont fancy having to do all the levels "in order" .

Please correct me if Im wrong but in VSK3 I dont believe completing the offline play adds any functionality to the game. There is nothing to unlock.
Vsk 2 is another story.
