Jurors - Race committee presen on the water

Suggestions for the next VSK version (and VSK bug reports)

Since VSK already hs the motorboats, how about a motorboat for skipper-jurors so they can follow a race closely and give penalties when necesary.

I like the idea of jurors/judges. Certainly most competitive races use them. I know we try to even with only 4 or 5 boats out.

BUT I would suggest this position would have to be earned by passing some type of online test which demonstrated a knowledge of the rules.

A good comparison would be the training members have to go through to become air traffic controllers on the flight sim. networks.

Potential to have judges would lead to the possibility of non-participants watching others race. Having a gallery would certainly increase the interest in tournaments.
