Hi Strait Torque,

Read the about page of ITBYC, then follow the link from there to the application form. Please also note that due to an upper limit of total number of members in ITBYC, there is not room for every worthy applicants in the club. But an option for non-members, there is a public team race night on mondays. Though this one does probably not suit your time zone, as I guess you're from Australia.

ahoy Euphoria! Skiffie mentioned your Club and I just wanted to drop in and say hey.

Nice to know you nutters sail on despite no longer stopping in to 2003ac.com forums to tell what's what. Now I can see why -- built your own playground did ya?

Good for you, one and all.

Best Regards

Hello bob, I remember your nick name slightly, but I'm not sure if I remember what it stands for... The bearded lady? :)

Anyway, I didn't build this club (I'm only maintaining the web site) and it was created a year before the previous VOR. If there will be a good VR for the next edition, I might see you again then.

Cheers,
Harald

Harald:

Yes, Roger that, Bob the bearded lady. I chose the name since:

* my vVOR entry was always crewed by Swedish girls
* in memory of Dave Dellenbaugh on Mighty Mary (AC)
* I sail and sport a beard ...

If they manage another vVOR I'll join in. My son is older now so would probably enjoy the challenge to be a router too (we ran a boat for him last go but he was quite young).

Anyway, nice to see virtual sailing / routing carries on. Best to all of you here.

If you don't mind my mentioning it, please do drop in at 2003ac.com to tell of virtual sailing -or- CupInfo.com for news of the America's Cup.

Bob tbl

ps - if naming the sites is "outside the layline" feel free to delete my post :p
