As written in the SI, we have to accept the challenge today, as it's 1 month since our last accepted challenge. The reason why it was not accepted before is because we haven't found time to race yet.

Don't think we call it due, and we'll waive administrator moral obligations. SI § 2.3.7

I kindly suggest a moratorium during the requested's summers.

Propose Amendment of the SI:

§ 2.3.10

There shall be a moratorium on requests to a teams summer.
a) A Northern hemisphere based team may postpone accepting requests filed after the 21th of may and before the 21 th of september untill the 21 th of october.
b) A southern hemisphere based team may postpone accepting requests filed after the 21th of november and before the 21 th of march untill the 21th of april.

(Postponed requests are still subject to § 2.3.6 )

We have seen the request, but we have another challenge going on currently. Due to little time to race during summer, we will probably use the time the SI is giving us. Please understand that it's not because we don't want to race...
