UTC(GMT) + 2h = italian time. (central european summer time; CEST = gmt+2)
Means, it would be 3 o'clock in the night.
Check out this link as well:
Timeserver
There you can easily compare the times.
Just pick Australian Capital Territory (which is same as Sydney)

Hi Harold / Jofy,
We raced as planned today, Aussie team was Ohmbray, Strait Torque II, and Gorak. Race 1 was won by Aussie Gold. VSKA was not happy after finish, but did not protest. I can send replay if anyone likes. Then race 2 and 3 couldn't start due too only VSVKA only having 2 players. I called a stop to racing and advised that I would put this in the forum. Harold please rule on this. We believe we won race 1 and due to lack of numbers the remaining races. We claim victory. Also Barracutta a late entry, on the day. (But we are not too fussed about him)
Cheers Gerard

It would be good to hear from Jofy before making any decision.
New members to the team is not a problem, as written in the sailing instructions.
Please post the replay anyway (it can be attached to a reply in this forum). It's always interesting to watch replays of team racing, so I'm sure many will be happy to be able to watch a replay of your race.
