Racetime 6min45sec, if contact 11 because of overrotation or 16.1 because luffing too fast?

As it was not protested in the race, this case is not important for the result and still open to discuss.

For me its a 16.1.....

Would be good to hear some more meanings.
Jan: It seems that you still have a "problem" with the 16.1 (same situation in the TL final race 5 (or 6), where you (imho) get a right 16.1)...

I guess you mean the situation in TL on the downwind leg right after rounding the weather mark. There was mastcontact because of the windwardboat luffed hard to keep clear and heeled a lot.
That was a 16.1 against me for sure, i agree.

In my opinion the RPC situation is a different one with a constant slow luff by me, you responding too slow, even stopping luffing at one time thus not doing your best to keep clear.

Please more opinions, Fulvio and Heine already tend to rrs 11 broken after the race.

It seems the same situation of call A3 http://game.finckh.net/reg_gbr/trcal/a03.htm so 16.1, the situation was that the red boat have no other way to keep clear in fact with her luff there is a immediate contact.

I would agree to that if Holger would not have stopped luffing inbetween thus not doing whatever he could have done to establish sufficient distance between him and me so that he would have kept clear.
