Rule 19 is not broken. Rule 13 is broken by Max Rfys.


Don't bear away after the leeward boat has passed HTW, otherwise you break rule 16.1. Too aggressive sailing by the right of way boat does not pay off... Off course a risky move by leeward, as windward can bear away before leeward pass HTW without breaking any rule, but in this case penalty to Red.


Port has to do something, i.e. lift stern a little. We allways do this in VSK in normal port stb crossings, so we have to require it to be done in 15-situations also. Stb shall give room, but port shall not use more room than necessary. 10!


Please note that Samuel is on the limit here, as he only have license to luff until he point at the next mark. Here he luff a little more than necessary, which means rule 16.1 applies.
