Shuraz leaves the course , but Samuel adds luff.
penalty for Shuraz R10 ?
or Samuel R15 ?
maybe I should have left with a turn ?
to whom a penalty when I will be in a corner?


second case in the last leg of the race.

time 0:20 - 0:28

time 0:25 , I can’t determine which part to divert the bow or stern ?
I need at least a second to decide. but already 0:26 contact.
Samuel say R10.

I think this is a clear violation of rule 10.
Shuras chose a bad distance after tack.
If he stayed away from samuel then he would have a place to keep clear

In the first situation, Samuel violated rule 16.1 imo

first case :
I agree with Ilya, should a 16.1 for Sam but there was no contact. I dont remember what Harald said about contact/non contact ...

Second case :
Could be 10 because Shura could do better to keep clear in bearing more.

First situation:
16.1 if contact before Shura pass HTW. But it seems like no contact, so green there. If it's contact with masts near the end, then 13 for Thinkinghard.

Second situation:
10 because Shura has to continue to bear away to keep clear.
