How can I get back online after losing my login?
I already played on)line but can't anymore after installing the patch 1,1.
I asked nadeo for help but they don't react.
Anybody got the same problem?

Make sure you are using the same username and password that you used the first time you registered.

My friend had the same problem and he was using the wrong userneme. When he origionally signed in he used a certian name but after a short period of time he changed his boat name to something different. I reminded him that is wasn't his boat name but the origional username and he was able to get in.

I understand what you are saying, but I don't remember my first log-in name.
I allready wrote 3 mails to Nadeo but they don't respond.
Some advice?

Do you remember your other levels of your name? For example, your country, bug city and club. If you click on my name I am Canada/Halifax/ITBYC/Aeolus. If you can tell me your other levels I can go there and look up the usernames under that title and tell you the names. Might jog your memory.

There is a login name "Steven" registered in Belgium/Antwerp/Antwerp

It's working again.
I don't think I have to send an e-mail to Nadeo to tell them to stop searching because I don't think they even started.
(Haven't heard from them yet!)
