Posted: 23 Dec 2006 17:46You may or may not know that vsk-aus.com has started providing a race series for its international members, in a time zone to suit European members.
Racing is in the ACC, every Wednesday night at 7:45pm UK time (GMT). The racing is password protected, to avoid the poor rule observance in public racing. To race you just need to register at vskaus.com, read the members charter, and file an application- takes 5 minutes!
As far as I know this is the only regular racing series at this time in English (other language speakers are welcome, but official communication is in English).
After a break over the Christmas period, we are running a special TP52 event over the last 3 Wednesdays in January. 3 races a night, discard of worst race after all 9 races. The courses are in every European venue, and are all Olympic style courses, the racing should be close and fair! There is a prize of a TP52 skin designed by myself, to the winner’s specification for the overall winner of the series! If you would like to sail in this event please send me a personal message and I will give you the password.
