We would like to add Lorenzo and OlandeseVolante as member; they are not members of any team, we are all italians and are all under the same club (vskitalia) so everything should comply with the new vtc rules.

They have been members of another team, but that is not a problem:

Just have them connected to your team in the VTC database.
