We want introduce a new service. We provide the Random Pairs Cup (RPC) as extention to the regular public night.

What is a RPC?
Its a team race concept where you sail „2vs2“. You will have a new team mate for every race. You will rerace against each of the participants twice during the series, but they will have different team mates. Check out this page for an example of the race table.
The event is 7 races long, so it will last for 2 hours.

How works the enrollment?
  • Check out our RPC site.
  • You will find more detailed information there.
  • Only the first 8 to sign up are guaranteed a spot. But if it's full, please show up as a reserve, in case some one is missing due to technical reasons or similar.
  • The event will only work when there are exactly 8 skippers. So make sure you will be there if you have signed up !!
  • When you sign up, please indicate if you can host races or not (we need 4 hosts).

Remember that it is an advantage to use Team Speak, both for tactical and organizational/efficiency reasons. To set up the ITBYC TS Server check out this page. When your chat doesnt work directly from the homepage, try this.

cheers,
Holger

PS - Also when the fun has priority, we will have some statistics about your perfomance.
Anyway, dont forget the beer!!

PPS - You have the opportunity to create your own RPC events and have race tables automatically created, with scores being updated from race to race. Try it....

Just downloaded VSK5 - it has been years... by old login timed out even... Now a father of twins, but hoping to race, virtually, again soon. Maybe see you at an RPC soon.

ps. any hints, course or interface download links that I should have for VSK5? send them my way johnfal_92@yahoo.com.

Thanks,
JTF
