Decision: After conversation in the chat: There was no rule broken (also vsk gave no penalty). Red won the race. Pobeda claimed that there is a contact in his replay. Even then red won, as its a 16.1 if there is contact.

About Protest in the first race (server 1):

At 1:26 his best way to keep clear would be stop rotating or bear down.

Instead Pobeda decided to tack, contact occured partly because of his rotation, rrs 13?

Closest distance between the boats in the replay is at 1:26.5. Very hard that si rule 3.2 in this case, imo.

Sry I cant get this Protest:
When you establish overlap, Pobeda keept clear. why is the best way to hold course? Not in that case, he has to tack, imho. So I would gave a 16.1 here, without doubts.
