In this repeat at 6,39, it is clear that I am providing a place for sailgood, but after which it began to change course and a collision occurred.
In my opinion, he broke rule 16.1

2: Rule 69.1b for Ilya (see screen)
3: SGD vs Ilya min. of replay 6.39, imo Ilya broke rule 11.

Are you negative about being drunk? Do you contemplate them? This is somehow not democratically

1. SG luffs promptly after WMR1 establish overlap. SG does not over rotate but rotates with a constant normal speed. WMR1 must allow SG room to get out. WMR1 breaking rule 16.1 when he luffs and hits the stern of SG.
3. SG bearing away slowly. At the same time, Ilya is bearing away all the time, closing the gap, putting his bow in the immediate contact zone, with no attempt to increase the seperation. Ilya is breaking rule 11.

2. Ilya has had many warnings for bad behaviour in the chat and on the water the last weeks after complaints from many different individuals. The VSK Team admins will initiate a rule 69 hearing as a consequence of the sum of all these events.

We have received evidence of multiple cases with rude and respect-less words in the VSK chat from Ilya. Formal complaints has been issued against Ilya recently. Finally this request to open a hearing under rule 69 was issued.

vsk-team.com is a service where all skippers are welcome to shear the passion for team racing, organized under fair and good spirit. Hard sailing is acceptable and expected, and disagreements will happen, that's a part of the game, but that shall be about the rules, not on a personal level.

Ilya claims the words has been intended as jokes, but is aware that other parties may not be of the same opinion. The last week, Ilya has shown improvement on this behavior, which we believe is a genuine attempt to improve. Ilya is for now given a warning. Future abuse will lead to suspension from our services.
