Ilya vs Samuel Race 2


At t = 5 36 16 you can see that a little collision occurred, Nadeo did not see it.
In my opinion, Samuel violated rule 11.
In this situation, Rainer asked me why I canceled the 10th rule, because there was no contact, I went cleanly

Points: Red 9- Blue 12
Blue: Ilya
Red: Lg07
Red: Samuel

Blue: Donmasion

Ilya, thought i had to use my tiller to avoid you but after watching replay -> no move on my side to avoid you-> you passed clear in front of me !
If i protested manual on the water (i am not sure) I withdraw from this.

No pen from VSK
- either because VSK wanted to penalize Ilya (typically 2008-version 18.3), but he already had received 10 pen
- or because there is no contact on Samuels replay

This smells like 6 pen points to Samuel, unless he has a replay that showed he was keeping clear and giving room.

Sorry for late here. Yesterday I had problem with autosave replay, does not work none race. I just manual saved 2 replays (rio and sydnei). It was my fault no save all replays as event host.

About race 2 - I am 100% there are no contact in my screen, otherwise nadeo would give me a pen. AS everbody in vsk know, into race we are not syncro due the ping are different (lag).

I am say the truth, but whatever the result. it was fun once again to racing. =]

If no replay, hard to exonerate you. I trust u when u say no crash, but keeping clear is not only about avoiding collision. Sorry.

Formally I think too late, but thanks for kindness. The good lesson to me of it all is: Event host shall to manual save all replays.
Due this, I ask if possible ADM site, to include in S.I for the next event as mandatory procedure.
