This is is a protest from Nik on me, and I'm doing him a favor of filing it (to get it out of the way).

He protest me for breaking rule 18.
I protest him for breaking rule 11, as I think I gave him more than enough room.

He claimed that he needed more room in order to give mark-room to Alb, but he did not need more room from me to give Alb mark-room as Nik is giving mark-room to Alb by crossing 1 boat length ahead of him...

yes indeed I agree. Nik first must keep clear of Eupho. In case he would have to give mark-room to Alb near the mark, he could luff and Eupho would also luff to give him mark-room.

You are total right. RRS 11 was break without a doubt.

This is a normal behave from fleet race, that is to use tangency in ur favor under "nadeo rules".

Nik is a good guy and seems, is inclined to learn deeply in the RRS.
