PS! Please write who is protesting who when it's not clear, like in this case where there was as many as 5 penalties given by the VSK Umpire.

I see all the contacts and protests are blue faults when I dont see no pen for red ... May I withdraw the pen flag ?

Yes, most of the boats getting pens are exonerated from Thinking hard breaking 18.2a.
He had to give room to all boats, being outside overlapped at zone entry, but gave room to none.
