There are a protest in race 2 and 4. (Race 2 protest red, race 4 protest blu)

Race 2 at min.11.11 imo Shu broke rule 11 on donmasino.
Race 4 at min. 9.36 imo JL broke rule 17 on SGD. (This protest only if blu protest in race 4)

sorry i wrong, i correct:

Race 2 at min.11.11 imo Shu broke rule 11 on donmasino. RED win hence (This protest only if blu protest in race 2)
Race 4 at min. 9.36 imo JL broke rule 17 on SGD. Blu win hence i protest.

I reviewed the replay of the first race, the last leg.
I was wrong at the obstacle (I made a mistake in estimating the distance)

IMO 19 is ok, because i luff when you are overlap with obstacle and can't tack.

My opinion :

Race 2 : the video shows up Shura tried to keep clear from Masino in luffing then tacking smoothly but Masino who was also luffing smoothly didnt give room for this move. IMO its a 16.1 for Masino.

Race 4 :
* I admit Jiel broke rule 17 on SG (cancelling the pen 10 to Shura distracted me : sorry).
* I later protested SG for breaking rule 17 in the last leg but unfortunatly the replay cannot show clearly that. However when I was TWA 24 to keep clear from SG and protested, SG answered me that he was at 28°. In my opinion it is above his proper course which would be at least 29° and even 30° in these winds.

Here Shuraz is breaking rule 19. Has to luff parallell with coast at least, when overlap is established.

Anything else that has to be checked?

Not is important your TWA, but, my TWA and with 18kts i think 28 of twa is good in this situation.

Harald just for info, your opinion me vs shu 19 or 11? i think is 19 for me because i luff when shu overlap with obstacle, what do you think?

please change result race 4, i cancel P flag.

in the first picture I can go between the boat and Davide

on the second no. but i can avoid a collision

Sorry Shura, maybe I dont understand but rule 19 does not apply for a mark :

Rule 19 applies between two boats at an obstruction except (a) when the obstruction is a mark the boats are required to leave on the same side, or
