Hi all,
Above about 8 minutes in the replay, Magnar and Shur were overlapped with 17 off
At about 8:26 the overlap was broken
The boats re-overlapped at about 8:30 with 17 turned on
IMO clear breache of the rule 17 at 8:37 when Magnar didnt follow his proper course

For info I withdraw my protest in race 3 on Alb who did his best to keep clear from Shur stb and no contact (at about t=11:47)

TR 2020 10 31 Shuraz vs Balder race 01

in the race I was not sure that I managed to break the overlap
on the video replay it is also not clear.

Overlap was broken by a meter or two, look 8:28.20 in replay for max gap.
Overlap was re-established 8:30.00 and 8 seconds later Balder gybes.
Balder didn't gain anything from the rules violation, but he sailed above proper course for a few seconds and broke rule 17.1.
Imo +6 points to Balder en win goes to blue.
