Without more specifity it's hard to help.
Don't know anybody who's running (or even tried to) vsk on 64 bit windows. (VSK is 32 bit, emulating 32 bit in 64 bit surrounding doesn't look like "the way it is ment to be")
With some basic diagnosis you should be able to narrow the cause(s) for your problem down.
- Any chance your system can dualboot? Does it work in 32 bit windows?
- Throw out one card and run in single grafics mode?
- Did you go through the usual steps?
Mailed NADEO? Send the config file? Posted in Nadeo Forum?
- Since Nadeo's TRACKMANIA is widely more popular you should definitly check out the TRACKMANIA forums and fansites. Basically VSK and trackmania use the same engine. You could use the Trackmania Sunrise Demo as a "prototype".
What do you mean with "it tries to run off the CPU".
