Chalenge Requests - Must be completed within 1 month

SI § 2.4

A challenge that is a result of a challenge request should be completed within 1 month.

Based on some discussions in the chalenge requests threads,
i feel it may be necesary to make further provisions here.

Suppose the teams cannot agree on a date / time to race within a month. What then. Especially if the challenged team proposes a timeframe wich cannot be met by the challenger. When is a decision forced upon the teams?

A decision is forced when one of the teams is requesting a forced decision .

yap, think, that is a good idea and a good rule.
However, it should be possible to take a timeout of about 2 months once a year.
Smaller teams shouldnt be punished if several skippers are on holiday.

we don't want to force a positive result absolutely, we dont like to gain our first contest without match, but a push
