Since you haven't come to an agreement with CRT to take over this team, I suggest you create a new team.
To both teams, please let me know your team name. I guess we will not have both Team Warriors CRT and Warriors Sailing Team...

we are going to create a new team but our team name will be: Warriors Sailing Team.
we are doing a step toward CRT, creating a new team, and CRT should do the same, changing his team name.
