Team Race training from SG

In race 6, Lama under rule 17, luffed me several times especially at t= 14 sec and t=1min35sec of the video. That was at the last leg of the replay. I protested Lama twice at these instants. SG forgot to put the "P" flag. What do you think ?

imo Lama did not break rule 17.
I think there was a lot of space between you.
You didn’t even react at all to its course change.

It doesn't matter if there is gap. It can be 1.5 boat lengths in between, and leeward would break rule 17 if she sailed higher than proper course.
Yes, it's an annoying and un-necessary pen, but this is how he learn to not to do it again .

no need to protest, i check replay next race and i said 17 was ok blu win.
for this no P flag,i can't change result becasue event is close.
