race 1 PArus vs SAilgood

race #1 incident during the start, replay time 2: 00.0 . We were on a course to close towed to launch. Sail to leeward, Sailgood and Thinkinghard to windward. time 1: 48.75 sailgood and Thinkinghard boat sails towards boat PArus, reducing the distance between the boats . Time 1:56.0 boat PArus smoothly changes course for start open, boat Sailgood continues to reduce distance not actively Keep Clear. Time 2: 01.85 contact . I consider the boat Sailgood a violation of rule 11 by the definition of "Keep Clear". The boat Sailgood could keep at a distance for a long time and the boat Thinkinghard was not hindered by it.

race # 4 we no protest , but please note that-a Yacht performs a "one-turn Penalty" or "two-turn Penalty" if it clearly departs from the other yachts as soon as possible after the incident and makes the prescribed number of turns in one direction without delay; rule 44.2

race #1, time is t=2min
In my opinion, SG failed to keep clear because he came so close to Parus that a little change of course from Parus led to contact.

Agree, SG always on a lower course, reducing the gap. And in the end, he is in the immediate contact sone. Small change of course make immediate contact (mast).
