Hi Jiel, yes as i said to you and Harald i accept a decision for breaking RRS12, because we already talked alot about this and we have to go on. Still my opinion is different but as also a Jury in real life i have to accept and respect a decision taken.
About the rest you write about RRS2, sorry for my bad english but i can not understand. Maybe explain to help?

After I read the RRS annex D, I think I was wrong in my preceeding posts. The current changements proposed in https://vsk-team.com/appendix-d.php are OK about the protestations and Sam is right concerning to follow the process which looks like what is done in real racing.
