I didn’t do a screen, I think everyone who was in this race can confirm this, I think Samuel will even say that

I wanted to understand the racing events, I know that Samuel allowed the space when bear down, but what said samuel when Ilya ask RTT? If immediately next request of RTT he said tack, imo ilya broke rule 10, BUT, if ilya ask RTT and samuel did not reply, imo samuel broke rule 19 and 20.2c.

Please note that this rule has been modified in App D for VSK, so you don't have to respond "you tack", you just have to give room.

20.2C i think is clear.
You can try to give room bearing to lift my stern but you must but you must said "tack you" so the opponent understand what to do. If not reply to RTT, the opponent wait your tack for tack and arrive late on rule 10.
