First i have to say thank you for the very good challenge and testmatch for the coming WTRC... there were good races (except our first one )
and as always in good races there are some protests...

We protest two incidents in race 4, after the topmark around 8:08 of replay time:
First Rakosi tacked inside the zone but clearly isnt over close-hauled after. Thats why he didnt broke rule 18.3 The Pen by VSK is clearly wrong.
It should be an 11 and 18.2(a) to tayfun....
Rakosi lost a really controlling position due that breach of rules... thats why it is even an PX to tayfun!

Second you can it also see at the first vid, that sergey establish overlap to rakosi from behind and sailed clear over proper course after, thats why the Pen17.1 is right to him. We protest for a break of rule 44.1 there, he did his turn not as soon as possible.
