The Netskipper website is down, can anyone direct me to the location of either

TSS or the Netskipper RCV Helper.

I'm more interested in using them for RL sailing training at the moment.

You can find RCV Helper in Virtual Winds' download section.

I think you will have to register before you can get to the download section though.
